Some items ship for free and others have charges like oversized items or white glove services. Any free shipping would be within the contiguous United States only. We do ship overseas but there are variables that make it unlikely or cause extra charges. Large furniture items will ship by either curbside freight, inside delivery, or white glove. We do not guarantee shipping or availability times. If an item is shipped by freight, we will e-mail detailed freight instructions for receiving it. If shipping damage occurs, please contact us right away.
Security/Guarantee
We extend a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all items. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know immediately. Any item may be returned based on our return policy. All transactions are processed through a secure server and extra measures are taken to safeguard your personal information. Plushpod never saves your personal information. Plushpod does not share your contact information.
Return Policy
There is a 30-day return guarantee on most items for any reason. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know immediately. Merchandise must be returned in original condition it was received including packaging. Some furniture items may not be returned and is on a case-by-case basis. There is generally a return charge of 10% on accessories plus cost of return shipping. Custom orders may not be returned or cancelled.
Out of Stock Policy
If you purchased merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you immediately by e-mail. You may cancel the order or keep until stock comes in.

Colors of products on website may vary slightly from actual color due to photography, your viewing interface settings, etc. All items are bought in new factory condition and there may be slight flaws due to manufacturing. Any natural woods, leathers, and other materials, may have natural flaws and we don't consider these defects or grounds for a return.
